When you enter a contractual relationship with us, we inform you that we use data about you and your company. The following information is collected:

• Company name
• Company contact data (address, contact person, phone number, email etc. )
• For the specific request/order, we state delivery address, delivery date, price, payment type, delivery terms and possibly pictures

These data are stored within the scope of the admissibility of the GDPR regulations.

Many Netti products are considered made-to-measure products as they are configured to the need of the individual user. In these cases we may also collect end user information needed for the production. For orders and quotes this includes the following information when applicable:

• End-user name and delivery address, personal measurement data together with other relevant health information as well as residential environmental data.
• Photos or videos (please use our consign form)

For complaints we may also use photos and health background information, where applicable.

We process your personal data purely for the purposes of configuring and producing/quoting the right product and fulfil the obligations under the underlying contract (legal basis Art. 6, 1b GDPR).

Collected personal data will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period for merchants and usually erased after that.

All our employees which work with personal data are explicitly made aware of the importance and committed to working according to the GDPR.
